They are happy to help their clients work through and prioritise their domestic cleaning and ironing needs in the most cost effective way to them. One of them will then identify and introduce to their clients, to their own regular, reliable and fully vetted domestic cleaner for their approval. Their client will then have this cleaner for each regular house clean to ensure that they get the continuity of a quality service. If, under rare circumstances, a client’s regular cleaner isn’t available e.g. if they are going on holiday, Steve and Jackie will endeavour to find a relief cleaner at the client’s request (if they are given a minimum 3 days notice). This professional, fully insured service is available to all their clients now for the very best value prices from £8.90 per hour of service.

With adequate notice, they are also able to provide professional ‘one-off’ house cleans such as builders cleans, end of tenancy cleans and march out cleans. Due to the organisation that is required for a ‘one-off clean’ and the  nature of the work involved, the hourly rate is proportionately higher than the regular house cleaning service. In the case of a regular weekly clean the quality of cleanliness is regularly sustained and their costs are spread over a much longer period. An overall cost is negotiated with their client and is payable in advance at the equivalent rate of £15.50 per hour per person plus the related expenses incurred. Where two or more cleaners are used, obviously the overall ‘man’ hours, as quoted for the job, will remain proportionate.
