We visit each of our clients prior to allocating them a domestic cleaner.  This enables us to determine our clients’ needs and requirements, how many hours per week they require (2 hours minimum), and gives us the chance to answer any queries they may have. This also allows our clients to find out more about Dolly Char Glasgow and Kilmarnock and what we as an agency have to offer. 

We will then match an appropriate cleaner to the client and providing both the client and cleaner are happy with each other, a start date is agreed. We provide insurance cover for the cleaner whilst they are working in clients’ houses - both public liability and accidental damage.  If there are any problems, we are always available by telephone or e-mail.  If you go to the GLASGOW TESTIMONIALS page, you will find a small selection of abstracts from letters that we have received from some of our many satisfied clients.
