• For your peace of mind all our domestic cleaners/maids are ID checked, interviewed, and provide 2 references prior to working with us. We only accept cleaners we feel are trustworthy, friendly and reliable.

• You will get the same domestic cleaner on each visit.

• Only about 1 in 20 domestic cleaners we interview are ultimately offered work through our agency. 

• Your domestic cleaning is our priority; all our cleaning maids are dedicated and professional in their work.

• As well as the highest standards of cleaning, all our domestic cleaning maids understand that honesty, confidentiality, reliability and communication are of the utmost importance.

• We provide insurance for our cleaners against accidental damage and public liability giving you complete peace of mind.

• The cleaner will use your cleaning materials and equipment. This ensures that only your preferred products are used and also helps to keep our costs, and charges, down.

• We also provide a top quality IRONING service!

• We are happy to provide you with a replacement cleaner at your request when your regular cleaner is on holiday or off sick.

• We can also change your cleaner at any time, if you are not entirely happy.

• You specify the cleaning work that you require within the allocated time. The day and time of the clean will be agreed to suit you.

• Regular weekly, fortnightly and monthly cleans are all £9.50 per hour.

• We also cater for one off cleans such as end of tenancy cleans, spring cleans, march out cleans & builders cleans etc. Please contact us for a quote for one off cleans.

• Our service enables our clients to enjoy their free time doing what they want to do instead of spending it doing household chores.
