• For your peace of mind all of our domestic cleaning maids are vetted, ID checked and interviewed, and provide 2 references before they can work with us. We only accept cleaners who are trustworthy, friendly and reliable.

• You will get the same domestic cleaner each time.

• Only around 1 in 20 domestic cleaners we interview are offered work through our agency. 

• Your domestic cleaning is our priority; all our cleaning maids are dedicated and professional in their work.

• As well as the highest standards of cleaning, all our domestic cleaners know that honesty, reliability and confidentiality are of the utmost importance.

• All our cleaners are insured against accidental damage and public liability giving you complete peace of mind.

• Our cleaners use your cleaning materials and cleaning equipment. This ensures that only your preferred products are used and also it helps to keep our costs and charges down.

• Ironing: We also provide a top quality ironing service!

• At your request we will happily provide you with a replacement cleaner if your cleaner is on holiday or cannot work through sickness.

• We will change your cleaner at any time if you are not entirely happy.

• You specify the cleaning work that you require within the allocated time. The day and time of the clean will be agreed to suit you.

• Weekly cleaning/ironing is £9.50/hour. There are no hidden extras.

• We also do fortnightly and monthly cleaning.

• We also do one off cleans such as end of tenancy cleaning, spring cleaning, march out cleans, after builders cleans etc. Please contact us for a quote for one off cleans.  

• Our domestic cleaning service enables our clients to enjoy their free time doing what they want to do instead of spending it doing domestic chores.
