Domestic cleaning service Bradford
We once had a client who we had provided a domestic cleaning service for around about six months with absolutely no problems, until one day our domestic cleaners came back saying they couldn’t gain entry to the
property. A man that our domestic cleaners had never seen before had slammed the door in their faces saying he had never had or wanted a cleaner.
Upon further investigation it appeared that the lady of the house had signed our domestic cleaning agency agreement and not informed her husband. She had led him to believe that she was keeping the house spotless herself. She was paying us the domestic cleaning agency from her own bank account and supposedly he never saw her statements.
If there’s anything I have learned from this experience it is that if at all possible when I go out on a client visit I try to make sure that couples are always together!

Why would the husband gripe? After all he got a clean house and the wife was paying for it - not him.

I also wonder what the outcome was within the household!
Most husbands would be and are happy if the cleaning is getting done so I agree with you entirely.

The wife managed to calm him down,and after a lot of persuasion ie.how nice the house looked how much more relaxed the wife was and that they were able to spend more time together,he agreed to another JOINT agreement. It wasn’t so much the cleaning that had annoyed him it was the fact that to him she had been a bit devious in not telling him lol.But all’s well that ends well.

I have always maintained that the one disatisfied customer will tell 10 of a bad experiance. A good customer will more than not fail unless asked, to recommned your service. The lesson is that if a bad customer ( or dissatified) needs the best attention to turn them back to being a satified customer. That save 10 possible customers.
