Reducing food spillages household cleaning hint No54
Thursday, March 19th, 2009I hope that you will find this household cleaning hint that gives you advice on how to prevent the spread of food crumbs throughout your household to be useful. You will also find below a link to further household domestic
cleaning tips that constitute part of this series of blogs that I am currently publishing on a regular basis.
This tip is aimed at preventing the spread of food crumbs and spillages throughout your household. It is a good idea to always eat all your meals around a set dining table in your property and not get into a bad habit of eating off your lap or laid out across the living room floor. Often children tend these days to eat away from the dining table and this practice often leads to spillages that not only stain carpets but also crumbs and other food bits can attract vermin into your property.
Make a rule all food should be consumed and eaten at your dining table.
By simply taking care where you eat your food could save you an awful lot of cleaning and also save you needing to phone up rentokill to get rid of vermin.
Please note that I have produced these cleaning tips in good faith and has such will take no responsibility for any failure or damage that may be caused or attributed by the use of any of the tips given.
Choosing the status of your new business
Wednesday, March 18th, 2009When you start your new business its status will be that either of a SOLE TRADER, PARTNERSHIP or a LIMITED COMPANY.
A sole trader is the simplest type of business from the point of view of formalities and restrictions for an individual. If you are operating the business on a partnership basis then I would recommend that you have a partnership agreement drawn up by a solicitor.
Your accountant, solicitor or bank manager will advise you on the advantages and disadvantages to you personally and to your individual business, with regards to the status of your business.

Sink and basin traps household cleaning tip No53
Monday, March 16th, 2009I am hoping that you will find this household cleaning tip that gives you free advice on how you can prevent the blocking up of your sink and basin traps to be useful. You will also find below a link to other household
domestic cleaning tips that constitute part of this series of blogs that I am currently publishing on a regular basis.
This tip is aimed at preventing blockages in your sink trap or your outside drain trap. Always scrape your waste food away into your household waste disposal bin as washing it down your sink hole could lead to your sink getting blocked. Also it could leave you with an unhealthy revolting smell coming up from within your sink or alternatively your outside drain.
Also never pour hot fat or grease down your sink as this can cool very rapidly and solidify in your traps and cause you to have a smelly unhygenic flood especially from within your outside drain.
By simply taking care of where you dispose of your food waste you could save yourself an awful smelly mess to have to deal with.

Sunday, March 15th, 2009This is just as important for the potential Franchisee to know, because if they are looking at potentially investing a substantial amount of their own capital into buying a franchise they will need to know themselves whether they would be suitable or not. The last thing that any prospective Franchisee needs is to be sold a business that they are totally unsuitable for!
An example of a franchise evaluation form is below. Please feel free to comment.

Commitment and Attitude required to manage your own Business
Friday, March 13th, 2009Commitment and Attitude required to manage your own Business
The enourmous thrill involved in owning your own business can, for a short space of time, put a gloss over the mental and physical pressures that you will eventually encounter.
You will almost certainly require a change of attitude to cope with the many new situations that will arise. You must quickly become self
disciplined and motivated to a very high level to help you deal with these new situations. This will involve planning and forecasting your activities weeks in advance with a list of tasks to be done, organising and managing your time to the best advantage. Remember, this will include delegating tasks (where appropriate) and ensuring that good administrative procedures are in place etc.
If you plan your day and fill it with purposeful activity, you will find the motivation to work hard and enjoy developing your business. More importantly, financial rewards will follow.

Fleas environmental cleaning
Thursday, March 12th, 2009Fleas environmental cleaning
A good few years ago I worked for a cleaning company that amongst other things did environmental cleaning and I will never ever
forget the first clean that I did for this cleaning company.
Just before entering the customers property one of my collegues gave me some flea spray to use on my arms and legs plus also a facemask and at the time I thought it was going a little bit over the top. How wrong I was the house was absolutely filthy, fleas and both animal and human excrement were all over the place.
No one prepared me for what I witnessed and for the first hour I did absolutely nothing but retch, and I bet the cleaning company got a good price for the clean despite paying us just the minimum wage!
