I agree Robin any cleaning company worth their salt will offer to come back and reclean your carpet etc if its not up to your satisfaction you also have to be aware of the price. If the price seems really cheap they are probably only using a highlighter on your carpet and within a 7-10 days it will start to look grubby again.
