Miniblinds home cleaning tip No32
I am writing a list of home cleaning tips to help householders in their constant and ongoing battle to keep their
homes clean and green and enviromently cleaned! I am posting one home cleaning tip every third day.
Cleaning tip No32 gives advice on cleaning miniblinds.
Place your hands into a pair of old socks when cleaning your miniblinds, then place one hand into a bucket partly filled with warm and soapy water. Now hold your blinds between both of your hands genty rubbing too and fro until you have cleaned the complete surface of your miniblinds. Finally reverse sides so that your dry sock dries the miniblinds off.

This one is simple - simply use an old pair of cotton gloves to clean your blinds. Slip the gloves on, dip your fingers into a solution of 1 teaspoon ammonia and 1 quart water, then run your fingers through the mini blinds. If you prefer, you can also use the vacuum cleaner hose attachments. You can even use the vacuum cleaner without having to remove the blinds. Putting a dryer sheet on the blinds will remove any static so that dust will no longer be attracted to the blinds.
